Barcelona

Barcelona is a very special city for me.

First time I have visited it in summer 2011 for Spanish language course. That was not my first time being abroad, but first experience for living away from Ukraine for some time. That trip became the starting point of a world-wide traveling, which became my main passion and a lifestyle.

I fell in love with Barcelona for its never-ending ambiance of joy and freedom, sea and sun, parties on the beach, magnificent architecture, warm welcoming people.

The famous modernist architect Antoni Gaudi lived and worked in here. His fantastic buildings  Casa Mila, Casa Batllo, Sagrada Familia and Park Guelle are the symbols of Barcelona.

My favorite area in the city is the Gothic Qarter – Barrio Gotico, to walk between narrow streets, watch beautiful architecture and visit small shop of traditional crafts.
